Emergency Care & Safety Institutes BSA Wilderness First Course is approved by the Boy Scouts of America and is what most troops use to train their young scouts in wilderness and remote location first aid. Backcountry Medical Training offers 8 hour and 16 hour Wilderness First Aid Training. We also have a 40 hour WFA course as well as regular First Aid, CPR, AED, BBP, and several other options.
